Every Seraya Studio piece is delivered with the same care and attention with which it was crafted. Our white-glove delivery service ensures your furniture arrives safely and is placed exactly where you need it.

Delivery Process
Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. Deliveries are scheduled in morning (9am–1pm) or afternoon (2pm–6pm) slots.
Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for your order. Our white-glove delivery team will bring the piece to your room of choice and handle all unpacking.
Production & Timeframes
Bespoke Commissions — Timeline discussed during consultation, depending on complexity.
Production timeline is subject to current workload. Public holidays are excluded from delivery estimates.
We will keep you updated on production progress via email or WhatsApp throughout the process.

Please ensure your furniture can fit through elevators, doorways, and stairways at your delivery location. If you have any concerns about dimensions or access, please contact us before placing your order.
